The Trezor Suite software is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Once installed, launch it and connect your Trezor device. The app will automatically detect your hardware and prompt you to install the latest firmware. This ensures your wallet is up-to-date with the most recent security improvements.
If this is your first time setting up, choose “Create a new wallet.” You will be provided with a recovery seed phrase—a 12, 18, or 24-word backup. Write it down and store it securely offline; it’s the only way to recover your funds if your device is lost or damaged. For returning users, select “Recover wallet” and enter your seed to restore access.
